While promoting his new documentary “Wonders Of The Sea 3D” at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger had a sit down with the good people at ScreenDaily and fielded some questions in regards to other upcoming projects that are in Arnold’s future. And according to the reporter, in that discussion the Austrian Terminator star revealed he recently met with James Cameron to discuss TERMINATOR 6!
Here is what was reported by ScreenDaily’s Tom Grater:
“It is back,” commented Schwarzenegger, who revealed that he had met Cameron recently and discussed the project. “It is moving forward. He [Cameron] has some good ideas of how to continue with the franchise,” the actor added, “I will be in the movie.”
We heard Arnold Schwarzenegger confirm before that he will be starring in “Terminator 6”, but this is the first time we heard the next installment in the Terminator franchise will be based on James Cameron’s ideas! So does this mean Cameron will not only be a producer on “Terminator 6”, but will have writing credit as well?
We can only hope!
We’ll be back!
