It was an exciting time this past April when the iconic Terminator himself confirmed he will be back for Terminator 6. When actor Arnold Schwarzenegger dropped that bombshell while promoting his latest film “Aftermath”, the internet simply went crazy over the news that the former bodybuilder turned actor would return to the role once more, that made him a worldwide icon.
In the United States, we knew the T-800 Model 101 from “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” would be back in 3D this August, 25th 2017. However recent reports suggest depending on where you live, he might not be back in a theater near you… at least not at first.
Entertainment Weekly has just shared an exclusive worlwide second trailer for the 3D conversion re-release of our favorite science fiction blockbuster sequel “Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D”! And this time, this new trailer features a narration and a conversation with the Terminator franchise creator himself, James Cameron!
Timed with the Terminator 2: Judgment Day 3D theatrical re-release, as well as celebrating its 25th anniversary, NECA Toys commemorated the biggest Terminator film of all time by releasing a Galleria version of the T-800 Model 101… with accessories that will enable collectors to reenact one of the film’s most iconic scenes! Yes, we’re talking about the tense, slow-motion scene at the Galleria Mall where the Terminator pulls out a shotgun concealed in a box of roses and saves the young John Connor from the deadly T-1000!
Card collecting is a timeless tradition, and some Terminator collectors have spent their hard earned money obtaining every set of cards associated with the Terminator franchise. So we are sure those same Terminator fans were elated to hear, when it was announced a few months ago, that Unstoppable Cards would be releasing a new “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” 25th Anniversary official trading card set later this summer!
